Super English with Super Teachers
Jayde Lovell
G'day! I come from Melbourne in the south of Australia. I love the English language, and studied English Communication from 2003-2007 and a Masters of Communication 2009-2010 at the University of Melbourne. Indonesian food is so delicious, and my favourite is martabak manis and gorengan! When I'm not at MILS, I love reading books, and I'm learning to read in Bahasa Indonesia. I also love hanging out with the other awesome teachers at MILS - how cool are they!

I am from the West Coast of America, because the West Coast is the best coast. I was in Seattle, Wa but I later moved to Los Angeles. I studied International Relations at San Francisco State University as well as City University of Hong Kong.
In my free time I enjoy going out with friends, especially when we get "Loko." I love getting "Loko" and prefer to get "Four Loko'd." I also enjoy reading non-fiction survival stories such as Into Thin Air and The Power of One.
Lastly I believe, whatever we do in life will be insignificant, but its very important that we do it, because nobody else will.
I will continue to live the dream.
I love life!

Hello! My name’s Becky and I’ve come to Indonesia all the way from a little country called Wales in the United Kingdom. That’s why I have the same accent as Harry Potter! Wales is colder than Indonesia but similar because it rains a lot and the people are really friendly! I love learning new languages and enjoy practicing my Indonesian whenever I can. I have a Masters in International Development from the University of Warwick, and I came to Indonesia to try and help people and to have adventures in another country. I do both with MILS! In my free time, I love to read, swim, watch Wales play rugby and watch Indonesia win football matches!

G’day! I was born in Melbourne, Australia, but grew up in a smaller town not far from the city. When I was 17, I moved back to Melbourne for university. I have three sisters, two older and one younger. My eldest sister lives in Malaysia working as a chemical engineer, and my second eldest sister lives in Australia working as a neuro-psychologist. My youngest sister lives in Bogor working as an English teacher too.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling to new and exciting places. I love being in nature, and holidays to the beach or jungle are my favourite places to go to. I have lived and worked in Germany, Thailand, China and Poland before coming to Indonesia. Why did I choose to live and work in Indonesia? I thought Indonesia would be a fantastic place to further develop my teaching skills, in addition to being interested in learning about Indonesia culture. There are also many beautiful places that I would like to visit throughout Indonesia. I can’t wait to see more of this country!
Stefaney Bazijanec
My name is Stefaney, and I am from Canada. I have been in living and working in Jakarta for almost a year, and have really enjoyed my time here. There are a few reasons why I chose to work for MILS over all the other schools I would have worked for. MILS is a small school where the teacher to student ratio is 1:10. This means that the students are able to receive the attention they need when learning a new language. This also means that the teacher is really able to get know their students. I also love MILS because they have teachers from all over the world, and treat their students and staff well.
I am 25 years old and have traveled a lot, and have taught English is other countries as well. Indonesia is a diverse country with beautiful people and carries a special culture; I have had a wonderful experience here. When I talk to family and friends in Canada some of them can’t believe me when I tell them about how much I love Indonesia. Many of them want to visit, and experience Indonesia for themselves.
